How to change graph resolution in Cacti

When you are operating a monitoring  system like Cacti you will need to find a balance between how much data you want to store and how much resources you want to allocate to your system.

One of those options is how your graphs are averaged out i.e if you have a 15 minute averaged graph you may miss events like usage spikes due to the averaging of data.

In Cacti you are able to modify these values to capture more data ( Resolution)  so that you can keep a shorter average to capture the most data possible.
