Hping3 is a powerful tool used for penetration testing
here is a fast and easy way to perform a syn attack with a side of ip spoofing
sudo hping3 -a 192.168.1.3 192.168.1.3 -R
This will spoof the address and make the device send syn packets ot its self ! lol
