I have been recently playing around with the thousand eyes network monitoring tool.
This tool is very powerful and useful for testing internet connections and troubleshooting issues from routing to SIP.
While examining the tool the system provides the ability to monitor you external network from various geographic points around the world.
you can check for latency spikes and network issues from all of these points around the internet you can also deploy an “Enterprise agent”.
This agent allows you to source traffic from point on your own network to another point either internally or externally.
